Nathalie Abramowitz-Kaynan serves as Global Director of HR at RealSense, where she leads the company’s people strategy as it scales from a corporate spin-off into an independent, high-performing organization. In this role, she is responsible for RealSense’s global HR strategy and programs, including talent, culture, and organizational development.
Abramowitz-Kaynan brings 15+ years of experience across corporate and startup environments, with expertise spanning HR business partnership, talent acquisition, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, and organizational design. Before joining RealSense full time, she supported the transition as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the RealSense spin-off at Intel, advancing key people priorities required for independence.
Previously, she advised startups as an independent HR and talent leader, delivering end-to-end HR strategy and infrastructure. She also served at Immunai, where she helped build HR capabilities across HRBP, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits, supporting global teams through rapid growth, change, and integration. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Intel, where she built and led talent acquisition teams and supported executive hiring and workforce programs.
She earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in Political Science and Communication from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
